Involvement Opportunities

  • Internship and Volunteer Opportunities: Interns and Office Volunteers help SAS in the planning and preparation for events, as well as in researching new initiatives, legislation and current events that will impact the work we do, and help us execute the daily operations of our office.
  • Peer Support Program: Peer Support Program was developed to establish a network of trained student volunteers to provide information, support, and direct assistance to victims/survivors of sexual assault. To participate in the Peer Support Program at any level you must attend a comprehensive training.
  • Emerge: Emerge is a one-day training preparing members of the Mason community to respond to survivors of sexual and relationship violence and to create a network of faculty, staff, and students dedicated to supporting survivors.
